2. Products

The product name, manufacturer and main characteristics are stated on the product page. Colours in photos may differ slightly depending on screen settings.

Goods made to the customer’s individual order or measurements are marked “Made to order”; the production time is stated on the product page or given when you order.

3. Price and additional costs

The product page shows the full price of the goods in GEL, including VAT.

Additional costs that may not be included in the price:

delivery — the cost is shown when you place the order and on the Delivery page;
carrying goods upstairs and furniture assembly — the cost depends on the product; it is stated on the product page or given by our manager before the order is confirmed.

Our manager confirms the final amount of all additional costs before the order is confirmed. If a fee applies to any payment method, its amount is shown when you place the order.

Expo Shop LLC does not install doors. We can recommend an independent installer; you agree the cost and terms of installation directly with them.

4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

You can place an order on the website, by phone, via messenger or social media. The contract is concluded when our manager confirms the order.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown when you place the order and on the Payment page.

6. Delivery

The delivery date and time are agreed with you in advance. The 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts starts on the day you receive the goods. We recommend checking the appearance of the goods and the packaging on receipt. Details — see Delivery.

7. Withdrawal from the contract

You may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This right does not apply to goods made to individual order or measurements. 8. Guarantee

The statutory guarantee is 2 years from receipt of the goods. Some products carry an additional manufacturer’s guarantee, the duration of which is stated on the product page. If you find a defect, you may require free repair or replacement and, in cases provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. 9. Complaints procedure

We register your complaint and inform you of our decision in writing or in another form convenient for you within 10 working days of receipt. If your legal rights have been violated, we restore them within the same period.

If you disagree with our decision, you may contact the Georgian Competition and Consumer Protection Agency (www.gcca.gov.ge) or the court.

11. Language

The contract is concluded in Georgian. The English and Russian versions of this page are provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Georgian version prevails.

Your order is governed by the terms in force on the date it was placed.
