You may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right does not apply to goods made to order or to individual measurements. Learn more

Fill in the form online, or download the printable version (PDF) and send it to exposhopge@gmail.com. You may also send any other clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. Using the form is optional.

What happens after you submit

  1. We confirm receipt of your notice on screen; if you provide contact details, we will also send confirmation there.
  2. Our manager will contact you to arrange the return of the goods. Goods are returned to: 49/51/51a Akaki Tsereteli Ave, Tbilisi. The terms and cost of collection are agreed with the manager.
  3. The refund is made within the period set by law, after we receive the goods back or proof of their dispatch.
