Sizes, Openings and How to Order
Hidden doors are made to fit a specific opening, so it is important to prepare the wall correctly. In the configurator you choose the leaf size, and the system automatically calculates the required rough opening — separately for the S-Hidden and F-Hidden frames. Just prepare the opening to those dimensions.
A few key points:
- Surface ready to finish. The leaf always comes ready for paint or wallpaper — the chosen colour (Mat.Chrom, Black, Gold) applies only to the edge and casing.
- S-Hidden frame — a concealed edge with no visible frame. F-Hidden frame — with an aluminium edge 4AL.
- Leaf thickness. 42 mm (Universal) — standard leaf with outward opening. 59 mm (Reverse) — reinforced leaf with all opening directions available.
- Opening direction is chosen in the configurator (hinge side + inward/outward).

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a hidden door? It is a door whose leaf is installed flush with the wall, without a visible casing or frame. The surface is ready for paint or wallpaper, so the door visually “disappears” into the wall.
Can I order a non-standard size? Yes — that is our specialty. The configurator lets you choose a leaf width from 600 to 900 mm and a height up to 2500 mm (up to 2300 mm for the ABC collection). The rough opening is calculated automatically for your chosen size.
What is the difference between S-Hidden and F-Hidden frames? S-Hidden is a concealed edge with no visible frame — the most invisible option. F-Hidden is a frame with an aluminium edge 4AL, giving a more pronounced and durable edge. The required opening differs slightly between them, and the configurator accounts for this automatically.
42 or 59 mm leaf — which should I choose? 42 mm (Universal) is the standard leaf and opens outward. 59 mm (Reverse) is a reinforced leaf with all opening directions available. If you need the door to open inward, choose 59 mm.
