    Hidden doors — also known as invisible doors, concealed doors or flush doors — are an architectural solution where the door leaf sits perfectly flush with the wall surface. No visible frame, no architrave. The wall looks seamless until the door swings open.Exposhop supplies invisible doors to Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi and across Georgia. Every order includes a complete system: aluminium frame, hinges and door leaf — ready for your chosen finish.Hidden doors in Georgia

    What's included in the hidden door kit

    Each concealed door system ships as a complete kit:
    • Aluminium frame — the structural core of the system. Installed into the rough opening before plastering. The aluminium profile ensures long-term geometric stability and prevents warping over time;
    • Hinges — concealed and adjustable in three planes. Fine-tune the door leaf alignment even after the finishing work is complete;
    • Door leaf — prepared for paint, wallpaper, cladding panels or decorative plaster. Veneered leaves and mirror-faced versions are also available.

    Edge types: ABS and aluminium

    Hidden door leaves are available with two types of edge finish:
    • ABS edge — plastic, painted to match the leaf. Designed to disappear completely under paint, wallpaper or plaster — the edge becomes invisible in the finished wall;
    • 2 mm aluminium edge — a slim metal border running around the face perimeter of the leaf. Adds a clean, designed look and protects the edge. Available in four colours: silver and black (standard) and gold and champagne (additional options). A popular choice among designers who want the door to read as a deliberate element rather than vanish entirely into the wall.

    Standard sizes — in stock

    Two sizes are available from stock with no lead time:
    • 70×215 cm — with frame: rough opening 80×220 cm;
    • 80×215 cm — with frame: rough opening 90×220 cm.
    Opening size = frame size + 1 cm on each side for the installation gap.Door sizes Door sizes

    Custom sizes — up to 3 metres high

    Invisible doors are made to order for any opening — leaf height up to 3 metres, any width. Custom sizes are delivered across Georgia. Lead times are confirmed at the time of order.

    Finishing options

    Flush doors adapt to any wall finish:
    • Paint — the leaf arrives factory-primed and is painted to match the wall. The most widely used option;
    • Wallpaper — the same wallpaper applied to wall and door leaf creates a seamless surface with the correct technique;
    • Decorative plaster — continuous textured finish across door and wall;
    • Cladding panels — MDF, wood or stone turns the door into part of a feature wall;
    • Veneer — natural or engineered, for a warm organic look;
    • Mirror — a mirrored leaf adds depth and light to smaller spaces.

    Who uses hidden doors

    Interior designers and architects specify hidden doors and concealed door systems when a project calls for uninterrupted wall planes — where the architecture speaks without distraction from door frames and trims.Developers and contractors value the predictable installation sequence: the aluminium frame goes in at the rough-opening stage, and the rest of the build proceeds normally around it.Private clients renovating apartments in Tbilisi or houses in Batumi, Kutaisi and Rustavi choose invisible doors because they want a contemporary result without visual clutter.

    Important: when to install

    A hidden door in Georgia must be planned before plastering begins. The aluminium frame is the first element installed — into the bare structural opening. Plastering, finishing and decoration follow, and the door leaf is hung last.Retrofitting after finished walls is technically possible but considerably more complex and costly. Getting the frame in at the right stage costs nothing extra and avoids problems later.Door openings Door openings
