Return and Refund Policy

Prepared in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Protection of Consumer Rights”

Exposhop

1. General Terms

1.1. This Policy regulates the return and refund procedures for Exposhop customers.
1.2. The Policy complies with the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection.
1.3. Products may be returned to the Exposhop pickup point or via another method agreed with the store.

2. Right to withdraw from a distance purchase (14 days)

2.1. The customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days.
2.2. The return is accepted only if:

  • the product has not been used,
  • original packaging is fully preserved,
  • there are no signs of opening, damage, or contamination,
  • the product is suitable for resale.

2.3. If packaging is damaged or the product shows signs of use, Exposhop may refuse the refund.

3. Defective products (warranty)

3.1. If a product has a manufacturing defect, the customer may request repair, replacement, or a refund.
3.2. During the first 6 months, the defect is presumed to be original unless proven otherwise.
3.3. Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

4. Return conditions and transportation

 4.1. Products must be returned to the Exposhop pickup point.
4.2. If the customer cannot return the product personally, Exposhop may arrange pickup.
4.3. In this case, the customer pays all transportation costs (loading + delivery), equal to standard delivery rates.

5. Refunds

5.1. Inspection of the returned product takes up to 3 business days.
5.2. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days after approval.

  • opened packaging
  • hygiene-related items
  • custom-made products
  • damaged or used products

7. Return procedure

  1. Notify Exposhop
  2. Receive return instructions
  3. Deliver the product
  4. Inspection
  5. Refund (if approved)

8. Additional Provisions

8.1. Exposhop reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time.
8.2. The current version is always available on the Exposhop website.

9. Custom-Made (Made-to-Order) Products

9.1. A product is considered custom-made if its production or configuration is carried out specifically for the customer: non-standard dimensions, modified features, custom color, material, or any form of personalization.
9.2. Such products on the Exposhop website are clearly marked with the label:
“Made to Order” / “Custom Order”.
9.3. For custom-made products, the 14-day return right does not apply, provided the product is of proper quality.
9.4. Returns are only accepted in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or mismatch with the ordered specifications.
9.5. Before placing the order, the customer must review all product details — dimensions, materials, color, and production time.
9.6. Once the order is confirmed and production has started, cancellation is not possible unless actual incurred costs are covered.

10. Warranty Policy

10.1. General Provisions

10.1.1. All products purchased from Exposhop are automatically covered by warranty in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
10.1.2. The warranty starts from the date the product is delivered and does not require additional registration.
10.1.3. The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Exposhop.


10.2. What the warranty covers

The warranty covers:

  • manufacturing defects;

  • hidden material defects;

  • structural or assembly defects;

  • non-compliance with declared specifications under normal use.


10.3. What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • damage caused by improper use;

  • mechanical damage (impact, cracks, chips);

  • unauthorized repairs or modifications;

  • natural wear and tear;

  • damage caused by moisture, fire, or temperature changes;

  • improper transportation, storage, or installation;

  • damage caused by third parties.


10.4. Warranty periods

10.5. Warranty claim procedure

10.5.1. If a defect is discovered, the customer must notify Exposhop within a reasonable time.
10.5.2. Exposhop may conduct an inspection or expert evaluation.
10.5.3. Depending on the defect, Exposhop may offer:

  • free repair;

  • replacement;

  • refund if repair or replacement is not possible.


10.6. Custom-made products

10.6.1. Custom-made products are also covered by warranty in case of manufacturing defects.
10.6.2. The warranty does not apply to characteristics agreed upon in advance (dimensions, color, configuration).

11. Arrival of registration
