1. Period

You may withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance (on exposhop.ge, by phone, via messenger or social media) within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

2. How to notify us

Within 14 calendar days, send us:

• the online return form: Withdrawal (Return) Form;
• the completed printable form (PDF) to exposhopge@gmail.com;
• or any other clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract.

If no form or other statement is sent within 14 calendar days, the right to withdraw without giving a reason is lost.

If you ordered through your account, you can conveniently withdraw from “My orders” — the form will be filled in automatically. This is optional: the form on our website is available to all customers.

3. Returning the goods

Goods are returned to: Expo Shop LLC, 49/51/51a Akaki Tsereteli Ave, Tbilisi.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. If you need help with collecting the goods, please agree the terms and cost of collection with our manager: +995 595 320 700, exposhopge@gmail.com.

4. What we refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery we offer, the difference is not refunded.

5. Condition of the goods

You may inspect and check the goods as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where possible, please return the goods in their packaging to prevent damage in transit. Packaging is not a condition for withdrawal.

6. Refund period and method

Refunds are made within the period set by law, using the same means of payment you used, unless we agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them.

7. When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right to withdraw without giving a reason does not apply to goods made to the customer’s individual order or measurements. Such goods are marked “Made to order” on the product page.
