Door leaf finishing

The door leaf can be finished with the same materials as the walls: paint, wallpaper, decorative plaster, veneer, 3D panels, mirrors, wood or stone imitation. This allows the door to blend seamlessly into the wall or, with the black edge, to clearly emphasize the door geometry.

Construction and materials

The concealed frame is made of anodized aluminum, providing resistance to moisture, corrosion, and temperature fluctuations. This ensures long-term durability and stable geometry.

The door leaf is manufactured from plywood panels and kiln-dried pine timber. The internal honeycomb filling improves sound insulation. HDF panels with a thickness of 6 mm are used, offering increased strength compared to standard solutions.

Hinges

Italian concealed hinges AGB Eclipse 3.0 with 3D adjustment are used. They allow precise alignment without removing the door leaf, ensure smooth and silent operation, and are rated for loads up to 60 kg.

Available options

• With black edge — ABS protective edge improves wear resistance and simplifies finishing.
• Without edge — maximum invisible effect, requires precise finishing of the door edges.

Concealed frame

The aluminum frame is built into the wall and plastered, creating a single flat surface without trims. Concealed hinges and precise profile geometry ensure accurate installation and a clean appearance.

Finishing and masking

Painting

All doors are supplied primed. Acrylic or polyurethane paints are recommended, applied in two thin coats. For an invisible effect, the paint color should match the wall.

Wallpaper covering

The door leaf can be covered with the same wallpaper as the walls. Accurate pattern alignment and careful edge finishing are essential.

Plastering

After installation, the gaps between the frame and the wall are plastered to create a flat surface. With proper finishing, the door becomes visually invisible and noticeable only when opened.

Locks and hardware

Magnetic or mechanical minimalist locks are suitable for hidden doors. Magnetic locks provide silent closing, while electromagnetic solutions offer enhanced security.

Installation

Installation is carried out before final wall finishing. The process includes opening preparation, aluminum frame installation, fixation, hanging the door leaf, hinge adjustment, and final finishing.

Custom sizes

Doors can be manufactured in non-standard sizes. Production time is approximately 50 days after final approval of dimensions and project details.
